Pours a deep amber with a winey blush. It’s unfiltered so retains a slight haze.
Warm fermentation with a Belgian farmhouse yeast strain provides fruity esters and spicey phenols which combine with the complex malt character and winey character from the grapes.
Malt sweetness is balanced by tannins from the grapes a touch or warming alcohol and a high carbonation.
Complex and interesting yet drinkable. This is a great seasonal brew to enjoyed with food or to sip by the fire.
