This beer is naturally clear after extended cold conditioning. It pours very dark with some deep ruby hues when held to the light. Malt is the dominant character with complex roasty and dark chocolate notes as well as a touch of biscuit and caramel. Light bodied and crisp yet still rich in flavour this is a perfect beer for the change of seasons.
