A classic West-Coast IPA with some Australian Hops thrown in the mix.
Pours golden with a touch of hop haze (we left this beer unfiltered to keep all the flavour in). Big, punchy aroma with a heap of mandarin, grapefruit pine and dank notes. Lots of pithy citrus and pine in the flavour, with a well-balanced bitterness that lends some drinkability.
